Cranberry & Walnut Stuffing

This is by far my favorite stuffing EVER!

It is very nutty, sweet, salty, and cinnamon-y! Everything I love mixed with carbs and ready to be stuffed in a bird or  eaten alone!

Who can argue with that?!?!?!

I know I have no complaints!

Ingredients

1 15 OZ Bag Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix

1 Cup Dried Cranberries

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1 Cup Chopped Celery

1 Cup Chopped Purple Onion

2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth

1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

4 Tbsp Butter

First melt butter in a large skillet and add your onions and celery

Cook over medium low heat for 3 minutes or until tender.

Stir in cranberries

(ignore my fat finger… that’s what happens after a bottle of Merlot)

Then stir in walnuts and cinnamon…

(super pale albino hand!!!!!!!)

Mix realy well…

Remove from heat and place stuffing mix into a large bowl.

Spoon vegetable mixture over stuffing mix…

Pour chicken broth into the stuffing bowl and toss (be careful not to over mix though!)

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
