Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Once again, I am on a pork tenderloin kick!

Here it goes….

Ingredients

1 Pork Tenderloin

3 Garlic Cloves; Cracked

Seasoning; or salt & pepper (I used Montreal Seasoning I made earlier)

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

A Pinch of Dried Rosemary

A Pinch of Dried Thyme

Make 3 deep punctures in the tenderloin and stuff a clove of garlic in each hole.

Next, rub the tenderloin well with the balsamic vinegar.

Drizzle the tenderloin with olive oil…

Rub well with your seasoning or salt & pepper.

Bake at 500 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Allow to rest 10 minutes before cutting so that the juices settle.
